The displayed data on willingness to pay for sustainable food/beverages shows results of the Global Consumer Survey conducted in the United States in 2021. Some 35 percent of respondents answered the question "When thinking about the price of sustainable/eco-friendly food or drink products, which of the following statements is more likely to be true?" with "I am willing to spend significantly more money if the products are sustainable/eco-friendly".
