Russia's share in extra-EU oil imports 2023

Russia accounted for around three percent of the extra-EU petroleum oil import value in the first quarter of 2023. To compare, in 2022, the share of Russian petroleum oil imports in EU-27 imports of that fossil fuel from non-EU countries was measured at almost 17 percent.
