Highest spending presidential candidates on Facebook Mueller related ads U.S. 2019

In the first half of 2019, Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris spent the largest amount on Facebook ads related to the topic of the Mueller report. It comes as no surprise, given Harris's background in the legal system, that she devoted 276 thousand U.S. dollars to use social media to raise the issue of alleged Russian interference in the 2016 presidential elections. The second largest ad expense belonged to Donald Trump's campaign, however, it was 90 thousand dollars less than the amount spent by Harris.
