Seven out of ten IT companies in Mexico reported having some kind of home office practice, according to a survey conducted in 2018. In addition, 57 percent of the enterprises surveyed saw improvements in productivity and employee retention due to the implementation of home office opportunities. When it comes to IT workers, 82 percent of them stated they combined office work with working from home.
