Credit cards and debit cards per capita in Ukraine 2010-2022
Credit cards per capita in Ukraine are less used than debit cards, reaching a level of less than 0.3 cards per person in 2019. Debit cards were slightly more common in the country, reaching over one card per person. The numbers provided are estimates, based on the figures central banks have to supply. Owning a payment card does not immediately indicate it gets used often, as there are large differences within Europe when it comes to the use of certain payment methods.
