Latin America: download speed change during COVID-19 2020

During the lockdown period in Brazil (defined by source as March 17 to June 30, 2020), the mean download speed of broadband internet increased 3.55 percent, from 18.18 Mbts outside of the lockdown period to 18.83 Mbts during the lockdown period. The largest increase was reported in Trinidad and Tobago with 19.16 percent, whereas the largest decrease was reported in Panama with -48.99 percent.
