The survey results showed that over 60 percent for the Moscow e-shoppers and 48 percent of e-buyers from Saint Petersburg cared for the number of available reviews for the product of interest. Product picture was essential only for 34 percent of the E-shoppers from the Russian capital, while country's average measured at 40 percent. Moreover, availability of negative reviews has a great influence on 46 percent of Saint Petersburg's e-buyers.
