Open banking: number of successful API calls UK 2024

The number of successful API (Application Programming Interface) calls made by third party providers (TPPs) using ASPSP (Account Servicing Payment Service Providers) open banking APIs in the United Kingdom increased from 1.9 million monthly calls as of June 2018 to over 1.3 billion successful monthly calls in January 2024. The number of successful API calls in January 2024 was the highest in the observed period.
