Share of Hungarians with chronic diseases 2019, by age and gender
In 2019, the prevalence of chronic diseases in Hungarian women between the ages of 18 to 34 years old was considerably higher compared to men belonging to the same age group. However, 22 percent of males between the ages of 15 to 17 years old were diagnosed with chronic illnesses, while in the case of women this figure reached only 18 percent.
