Between December 2020 and April 2021, COVID-19 vaccination coverage decreased moving down the urban-rural continuum. Nearly half of adults in large central metropolitan areas were vaccinated, compared to over one-third of adults in noncore areas. This statistic shows the percentage of adults in the U.S. vaccinated against COVID-19 from December 2020 to April 2021, by their county's six-level urban or rural classification.
