According to a survey conducted in 2020, healthcare organizations implemented various policies to increase the safety and wellbeing of their staff. Protective equipment policies were the most implemented to ensure staff safety, while roughly fifty percent of healthcare organizations had put in place the use of flexible schedules. Furthermore, over a third of organizations implemented a COVID-19 hazard pay.
