Purchasing managers' index for the service sector in Germany 2021-2023
In October 2023, the PMI for the services sector in Germany was 40.8 points. The more the difference with 50 points, the more significant the change. 50 is considered a neutral value, more than 50 is an increase and less than 50 is an indicator of decreasing business activity. Business activity has not increased in Germany since June 2022.
