Germany: neobanking and neobrokerage popularity 2023

N26 was the most well-known neobank app in Germany in 2023, based on Statista's Global Consumer Survey. Despite bering a Berlin-based digital bank, only 41 percent of the respondents knew the app-based challenger bank. Out of these respondents, 34 percent had a positive opinion of N26, and 22 percent used it in the last 12 months.
