Level of satisfaction with e-commerce marketing services in Italy 2023
E-commerce managers operating in Italy rated their satisfaction levels of marketing services in 2023. The majority of respondents, around 45 percent, admitted that they are generally satisfied with marketing services, while only ten percent stated that they were completely satisfied. A little less than 30 percent of e-commerce managers were neither satisfied nor unsatisfied with the services of companies in Italy.
