Safety and security concerns when shopping online Indonesia 2023, by area
According to a survey on online shopping challenges conducted in Indonesia in January 2023, safety and security concerns are considered a challenge for online shopping as stated by approximately 32 percent of respondents residing in Java and other regions. The same survey also found that consumers aged between 18 and 24 years consider this as one of the biggest challenge for online shopping, as indicated by around 47 percent of respondents.
