Intelligent automation strategies adopted and to be adopted in Italy 2023

According to a 2023 survey, the most commonly adopted intelligent automation strategy in Italy was robotic process automation (RPA), which was mentioned by around 53 percent of the surveyed companies. The most popular in the plans for the next three years, however, is process mining, discovery, and documentation tools, reaching about 36 percent of the respondents.
