Most popular cities for office real estate investment in Germany 2024

Real estate investors in Germany planning to invest in offices in 2024 were most likely to target Munich and Berlin, according to a survey among 250 investors. When asked which cities investors were planning to target, 20 percent chose Munich, followed by Berlin with 18 percent. About 10 percent of investors targeted offices in Stuttgart, making it the least popular city of the Big 7.
