Share of population using formal financial services in Nigeria 2023, by service type
As of 2023, the majority of the financially included population in Nigeria relied on financial service agents. This referred to 54 percent of the population. Moreover, the user reliability on mobile money reached 12 percent in the same year, while pension financial services reached eight percent of the population.
