This graph shows the share of students that were enrolled in charter schools in the United States from 1999 to 2010, as distinguished by their ethnic background. In the 2009/10 school year, 37.3 percent of students attending charter schools in the U.S. were White, as compared to 30.3 percent Black and 26.1 percent Hispanic.
