This statistic shows the results of a survey conducted between November 15 and 18, 2012. In the survey, U.S. adults were asked how they would rate a given list of possible reasons to go shopping on Black Friday. 68 percent of respondents classified the reason "Done with holiday shopping before Christmas" as an important one.
