U.S. consumers' purchase preference for fresh peaches 2011
This statistic depicts the results of a survey among U.S. consumers in 2011. Americans were asked about their preferred state of ripeness for peaches at time of the actual purchase. 36 percent of buyers indicated that they prefer ripe peaches, but occassionaly purchase unripe fruits.
