This statistic presents the frequency with which respondents visited social networking sites in the United Kingdom (UK) in 2015, broken down by age. Of respondents with current social media profiles between the ages of 16 and 24, 44 percent reported visiting more than ten times a day. Among social network users who visit less than daily the age group of those above 55 years of age had the biggest share in comparison with other age groups.
