This statistic displays the share of marketing budgets spent on e-mail in the United Kingdom (UK) from 2012 to 2018. During the survey it was found that the proportion of companies that spent between 0 and 20 percent of their marketing budget on e-mail increased from 63 percent in 2012 to 88 percent in 2017 before decreasing to a value of 67 percent in 2018, while the share of companies with more than 40 percent email spending decreased by from 18 percent in 2012 to seven percent in 2018.
