UK Survey: Perceived political influence beyond voting in Great Britain 1994-2012
This statistic shows the perceived level of political influence of the public in Great Britain, beyond their right to vote, from 1994 to 2012. In 2012, 60 percent of respondents agreed that after voting, they have no further say in how the government runs the country. This is, however, a decrease of 13 percent over the 18 year period shown here.
