This statistic presents the prevalence of cyber bullying perpetration and victimization among teens, organized by high school or middle school status. During the 2012 survey, it was found that 10.5 percent of all middle school respondents reported being victimized by cyber bullies. Cyber bullying includes activities such as calling another student names through text message or email, creating a social networking page about another student knowing that it would upset him or her, and sending nasty emails to another student.
