Use of a mobile phone to go online in the UK 2014-2022, by socio-economic group
According to a 2022 survey of internet users in the United Kingdom (UK), 85 percent of individuals from the AB socio-economic group used smartphones to access the internet, while the number increased in the case of respondents in the C1 group, reaching 90 percent. In the same year, users from the AB group accessing the internet via tablet devices were approximately 52 percent.
