Customer satisfaction with bus frequency in the United Kingdom 2013
This statistic indicates how bus users and non-users rated the frequency of local bus services based on responses to a survey carried out in March 2013 in the United Kingdom (UK). Aside from the large percentage of non-users not knowing about bus service frequency (33 percent), the difference between the percentage of users and non-users who rated the frequency as fairly or very poor is small. Users satisfaction with frequency is lower than their overall satisfaction with the bus service.
