For those over 65 years, rate ratio for post- to pre-testosterone therapy was 1.17. Testosterone therapy has been used to diminish the affects of aging in men. There has been some studies done on the possibility that testosterone therapy may increase the risk of myocardial infarction, or heart attacks.
