This statistic shows the total annual turnover of the retail trade in the United Kingdom (UK) from 2008 to 2021. Over this period the total turnover of businesses within the UK retail trade has grown overall. However, in 2020, retail trade turnover decreased compared to the previous year, and amounted to approximately 418.3 billion British pounds. In 2021, the turnover from retail trade activities bounced back to about 460 billion British pounds.
