660 scooters and other mopeds were sold in the United Kingdom in September 2023, about 6 percent less than the sales during same month a year earlier. Demand had dipped dramatically in April 2020 amid the outbreak of COVID-19 in the UK but resumed following usual seasonal patterns later in the year, where sales peak with the release of new models in September.
