Skin melanoma cancer mortality per incidence ratio in England 2016, by region
This statistic shows the rate of mortality to skin melanoma cancer incidence in England in 2016, by region and gender. Skin melanoma cancer is a cancer which develops in melanocytes, the pigment cells in the skin. In the West Midlands in this year, 17 percent of males and 13 percent of females who were diagnosed died as a result of skin melanoma cancer.
