U.S. food and drink: attitudes toward organic food in diet 2014, by income
This statistic presents the results of a phone survey conducted by Gallup among American adults who were 18 years and older in July 2014. Responses are organized by annual household income of respondent. Survey respondents were asked about their attitude toward including organic food in their diet. Some 42 percent of respondents with a household annual income of under 30,000 U.S. dollars said they actively try to include organic food in their diet.
