This statistic presents clients satisfaction with their bank over time (years 2011, 2012, 2014), expressed in having done purchases of another product from existing current account provider. A slight decrease has been observed in purchases over time. In year 2014 16.3 percent of clients decided to purchase another product from their current bank, compared to 18.2 percent in 2011.
