This statistic presents the share of current account holders in the British banks, who were willing to recommend their bank, from 2011 to 2015. The share of satisfied customers, who would be willing to give their current bank a recommendation, grew over time, from 32 percent in 2011 to 37 percent in 2015. Overall however, the share was still relatively small, at less than 50 percent of current account holders overall in the United Kingdom.
