In 2018, telecommunications was the sector with the highest growth of advertising spending in Brazil, with an increase of 28.5 percent in comparison to the previous year. In contrast, the ad spend for the personal hygiene and beauty sector in the country saw a decrease of nearly five percent in comparison to 2017.
