Of the largest energy suppliers in Great Britain, Bulb had the highest rate of resolving customer complaints within eight weeks in the second quarter of 2023. Over the last three years, the company resolved at least 95 percent of all complaints received per quarter. OVO, which acquired SSE's retail operations in early 2020, ranked second.
