Leading barriers to online shopping in France 2021
In 2021, more than half (55 percent) of people who did not shop online in France said they did not do so as they preferred to shop in person, either because they like to see the product, are loyal to a store, or simply out of habit. In addition, nearly a quarter (24 percent) of respondents said they did not do this activity because they had concerns about payment security or privacy.
