This statistic displays the findings of a survey on consumers' reasons for using Click & Collect and Reserve & Collect online services in the United Kingdom (UK) in 2013/14. During the 2013/14 survey, it was found that approximately 15 percent of responding households reported that they chose Click & Collect / Reserve & Collect online services because it was easier to return and get a credit if the goods were not wanted.
