Confidence vs. performance in marketing according to European marketers in 2015
This chart shows marketing devices and channels and the share of marketers who feel that they succed in delivering a consistent customer experience on those devices and channels, vs. the share of marketers who feel confident that they are prepared to deliver such an experience on those devices. The chart shows that 77 percent of marketers felt confident that they were prepared to deliver a consistent customer experience for laptop or desktop computers, but only 53 percent of marketers at the time succeeded in delivering such an experience on laptop or desktop computers.
