Finland: population by origin 2022

As of 2022, roughly 5.1 million out of Finland's total population of 5.56 million were of Finnish origin. The majority of non-Finnish inhabitants were immigrants from Europe including Cyprus and Turkey. Around 254 thousand inhabitants were of European origin, followed by 160 thousand inhabitants of Asian origin.
