Frequency of going to the movies in the U.S. 2019, by ethnicity
During a survey held in June 2019, 27 percent of Hispanic respondents stated that they watched movies in a cinema once per month or more, compared to just 12 percent of White U.S. adults. Overall, Hispanics and African Americans were more likely to have visited a movie theater in the last few months than White respondents.
