The source explains that post watching or postponed television watching means: "watching television content on another moment than it was being aired by the broadcaster. For example by pausing the television program, recording it with a harddisk-, dvd- or video recorder." But also by retrieving television material ' on demand ' or via an app on a smart TV. The source continues: "As of 2013 other forms of postponed television watching are included (...) For now mainly game consoles, but possible other sources of television watching via a television monitor will be included."
