Finland: mobile subscriptions by type 2022

The number of mobile subscriptions in Finland stayed between 9.2 to 9.4 million from 2012 onwards. In 2022, the number of household subscriptions amounted to roughly 6.7 million, while the number of business subscriptions totaled 2.57 million.

Residential customer refers to any subscription paid by a private person (personal identity code). Corporate customers include all subscriptions paid by a company (business ID)."

"Mobile subscriptions can include one or two SIM cards. Multi-SIM subscriptions are subscriptions where two SIM cards share the same features, usage limits (if any) and telephone number. SIM cards that belong to ‘hybrid connections’ are excluded from the statistics on mobile subscriptions."
