SDRs are international reserve assets created by the International Monetary Fund (IMF), which are allocated to its members to supplement existing reserve assets. This transaction only exists for the Dutch Central Bank (DNB).

The source states that there was a revision in the calculation of liabilities for financial corporations. The numbers from 2008 and later were calculated using this revision. The results from 2005 to 2007 are unchanged.
