Netherlands: short-term forecast of household consumption following the UK Brexit referendum 2014-2017

This statistic shows the short-term forecast of the household consumption in the Netherlands following the UK Brexit referendum from 2014 to 2017. In June 2016, the CPB (Netherlands Bureau for Economic Policy Analysis) estimated a growth of 2.1 percent for Dutch household consumption in 2017. After the Brexit referendum, this estimate decreased to 1.7 percent. The analysts now expected that the growth of household consumption would slow down in 2017.
