As of December 2022, there were around 481 million fixed broadband subscriptions across all OECD countries. During the measured period, there were on average around 11 cable subscriptions per 100 inhabitants across all OECD countries. In the United States, around 24 cable subscriptions per 100 inhabitants, making it the most popular type of fixed broadband connection in the country.
