Italy: smartphone users talking to clerks and checking information provided 2015

This statistic illustrates the results of a survey on the share of smartphone users who have used their smartphone after talking with the salesperson in store to check the information provided in Italy in July 2015. During the survey period, it was found that 73 percent of the respondents reported that the outcome of the research have enriched the information provided by the salesperson.
