This statistic displays the results of a survey on the opinions on the optimal B2B purchase experience in order to minimize cart abandonment and increase conversions in Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands in 2016. As of 2016, roughly 20 percent of the respondents with B2B websites said that the best way to create a seamless purchase experience is to invest in analytics to understand consumer behavior.
