Black Friday Weekend: development of footfall by destination UK 2015-2016
This statistics depicts the development of footfall on Black Friday Weekend in the United Kingdom (UK) between the years 2015 and 2016, by retail destination, including online shopping. Compared to 2015, online purchasing showed the highest increase by 2.3 percent, while general footfall declined by 0.5 percent over the whole weekend. Footfall in high streets rose by 1.4 percent while retail parks decreased by 3.2 percent.
