SMEs' view of the usefulness of online marketplaces feedback in Sweden 2016
This statistic displays the findings of a survey on the perception of the usefulness of feedback provided by online marketplaces about customer behavior among small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Sweden in 2016. During the survey period, it was found that 30 percent of responding SMEs totally agreed that the information they received had been useful for the development or improvement of their products or services.
